Refund policy

As we are a small business and most items are made to order we will not be accepting any returns or exchanges at this time. 

 If there are any issues with your order, please contact us at  questions.opalcreationsco@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase.

Please review our measurement chart for a more accurate fit & all measurement information. It is best to measure a shirt that you already own. Order your size for true to fit, size up 1-2 sizes if you would like an oversize fit.

REFUNDS

Please contact us at  questions.opalcreationsco@gmail.com if you have any concerns or issues with your order. Please note that there will be NO refunds or exchanges on custom or personalized items.

SHIPPING RETURNS

Shipping cost of the item is non-refundable. Shipping for a returned item will be the responsibility of the customer. Item must be received by Opal Creations Co. prior to refund. This may take up to 4-6 weeks to be processed.
